Welcome, I’m Jerry Souter.

I’m a therapeutic counsellor who’s deeply passionate about helping witchy souls (like you and me) feel seen and understood.

My journey through complex trauma and healing has given me a deep sense of empathy and compassion. I know the struggle with low self-worth, shame, anxiety, and depression, and I am here to support you to heal from the wounds of your past.

I believe that healing needs to be rooted in body, mind and soul, as well as considering the impact of oppressive systems and structures.

I draw on a blend of psychospiritual and somatic approaches, through an inclusive lens. Together, we will work on creating a felt sense of security so that you can feel more grounded and capable when things get hard.
